CHILLI GARLIC PANEER


Bismillahhirrohmannirrohim,
Assalamualaikum Warohmatullahi Wabarokatuh.

A simple way to cook paneer under 15 minutes with minimum ingredients, suitable for lockdown moment where everyone is prohibited to going out side including restrictions on shopping time. This recipe is inspired by " Tahu Cabe Garam " an Indonesian food 😁. It's goes well as a side dish for lunch boxes or an evening snack, also it's great for an appetizer.

Seringnya si paneer ini dimasak Paneer butter masala, nah karena si akang lupa mulu beli kacang mente dan fresh cream jadinya dimasak ala " Tahu cabe garam saja " , tapi ini versi Sultan 🀴, gubrakkk!!!  Tahu kenapa?? Karena tahunya diganti dengan Paneer / cottage cheese😎😁.

Paneernya dibumbuin  bawang putih dan cabe terus ditumis cepat, enak dan gak eneg. Walau bumbunya sederhana dan gak pake taburan daun ketumbar karena lagi-lagi gak ada stok di kulkas is no problemo. Paneernya berasa lembut,  gurih, pedas,  terus dimaem hangat-hangat campur nasi, mantap jiwa..🀩.

Dibawah ini juga sudah saya tulis bahan pengganti bila ingin memasaknya versi ketofriendly yaa.. secara si paneer kan salah satu bomb fat buat para pelaku diet ketofastosis. Check it out the recipe:

CHILLI GARLIC PANEER

Ingredients A:
200 gr Paneer , cut into cubes (unsalted cottage cheese, potong dadu)
1 small size Onion chopped, (Bawang merah, iris)
1 tsp cumin seeds ( 1 sdt jintan)
1/2 tsp soya sauce (1/2 sdt kecap asin)
Oil (minyak untuk menumis)

Ingredients B:
6 clove Garlic big size ( 6 siung bawang putih)
6 pcs kashmiri chilli ( 6 buah cabe merah kering)
1 tsp Vinegar / aplle cider vinegar ( 1sdt cuka masak)
1 tsp sugar ( 1sdt gula / 1 stevia drops )
3 tbsp water ( 3sdm air)
1/2 tsp salt (1/2 sdt garam)
(Blend together / haluskan)
Garnish :
Coriander leaves / celery ( daun ketumbar/seledri)

How to make :
1. Heat a pan with oil and allow cumin to sizzle (panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan jintan)
2. Fry onion till golden then add the B Ingredient/ sauce, soya sauce and cook untill it thickness and oil separated. Suite the taste (Tumis bawang merah sampai kuning dan layu, lalu masukkan bahan B, serta kecap asin. Masak samai saus terlihat kental dan berminyak, cicipi rasanya )
3. Add in paneer and saute for 2-3 minutes. (Masukkan paneer dan tumis sebentar sampai terbalut bumbu, 2-3 menit saja, kalau kelamaan memasaknya paneer akan alot dan keras)
4. Garnish with celery or coriander leaves
(taburi daun ketumbar atau seledri cincang)
5. Serve hot (sajikan panas-panas)
