Udang Crispy / Blanket Crispy Shrimp


Udang Keriting
( Blanket Crispy Shrimp )
Bahan-bahan :
a. Udang (atau anda bisa menggantinya dengan ayam),buang kepala,kulit ari, belah punggungnya tapi tidak sampai putus dan sisakan ekor
b. 1 bt bawang putih, haluskan
c. Garam
d. Merica bubuk
e. Ketumbar bubuk
f. Terigu dan Kanji dengan perbandingan 1:1
g. Tepung Roti
h. Telor kocok lepas
i. Air secukupnya
j. Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara Buat :
1. Campur semua bahan dari a-e
2. Biarkan sampai bumbu meresap
3. Setelah bumbu meresap, celupkan udang kedalam tepung, kemudia ke telur kocok dan ke tepung lagi. ketebalan sesuai selera
4. celupkan udang ke air kemudian gulingkan di tepung roti (ini langkah terakhir sebelum digoreng)
5. Goreng udang hingga kecoklatan, tiriskan
6. Sajikan dengan saus tomat dan saus sambal (bisa ditambahkan wortel kukus sebagai pelengkap).

Directions:

1.Mix ingredients a to e
2.then let stand until the spices to infuse.

(the thickness can be adjusted by the amount of dye).
4.then dip into water, then dip into breadmix flour
(this is last step before frizzled
5.Fry until cooked, drain.
6.Serve with tomato sauce and chili sauce
(also u can add steamed carrots for complementary)
