1. 1 ekor ayam potong jadi 20 bagian
2. 1 cm lengkuas, memarkan
3. Daun salam
4. Daun jeruk
5. 2 buah tomat, masing-masing potong menjadi delapan bagian
6. 2 sdm kecap manis
bumbu halus :
1. 7 buah cabai merah besar
2. 5 siung bawang merah
3. 4 siung bawang putih
4. 2cm jahe
5. 3 butir kemiri
6 1/2 sdt terasi
Cara buat :
1. Ayam yang sudah dipotong dilumuri garam diamkan sebentar, goreng matang, sisihkan
2. tumis bumbu halus sampai harum tambahkan daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas, dan tomat serta kecap manis
Ingredients:

1 / 2 tsp shrimp paste that have been fried
2.Saute the blended ingredients until fragrant, then add galangal, Indian bay leaf, Kaffir lime leaves(lime leaves), tomatoes and sweet soy sauce.
